RANT-South Chatham Public Library

Heard in a chat room that the church was "forcing" the library out. Seems the new preacher would like that space for an office.

I believe the Library was leased the land and the Village Hall built the structure some 80+ years ago. With a 20 year lease. Now on a yearly lease. Decemeber of this year they will know whether they have to be out of there by March 2017.

Quaint little spot and I am sure it will be missed by many.
