I was researching William Wallace Hollenback and getting nowhere fast until I happened upon a census with a William Hollenback ( not mine) in Paramus, Bergen County, New Jersey. A 5 page census of indigent people. A page of employees. I will post a link to the article about poor houses in New Jersey- that too is interesting.
