I collect food stamps each month. I would be hard pressed to feed myself since I turned 60 with no job and the social security check my only income. The year of the pandemic 2020 they added extra funds a few times. I am sure most of us would have like to have extra to spend on the disinfectants we had to buy too. but well. Irony of this is- I had no appetite for months because of the stress and supplies of many foods was limited. Frozen peas for one. certain breads. The shelves were always well stocked with snacks though and soft drinks LOL Gold fish were the only snack I consumed and Light Wheat Wasa bread.
