 weather sucks

January 5

Banned book socks. Cute on but like all these socks they never fit my German legs. They serve well as handle bar covers on my exercycle! Love my entire collection.\

January 13

Beautiful crescent moon at 5:30am

I was finally able to get out to the mailbox- it was cold but the winds were not blowing me down. I picked up litter along the way- cigarette butts, yellow "dig safe " flags etc. But the large heavy bag of trash was still out there. I was hoping someone would see the error of their ways and remove it. So nefarious thoughts crossed my mind...

3 teaspoons of Häagen-Dazs raspberry sorbet (melted) to the rescue.

more weirdness

I was out on the deck wringing out the  wet mop. Deck was covered in wet snow. I noticed weird prints. They looked identical and about the size of an old fashioned Milky Way candy bar I googled and answer was floor plan LOL. Likely not an animal. But what is it? Blown icy slush from the roof?
