RANTS-Masonic Lodge and steps

I rarely dwell on something I cannot change and is out of my control- see cell tower post.

But this really bugs me.

The Masonic Lodge was "renovated" with public funds a couple of years ago. They re did the outside landscaping etc.but fuck- the steps are out into the regular sidewalk.

Citizens complained about the airport having skydiving but nothing has been done about this hazard.

Just pisses me off.
not sure what this grid is for. So autos don't drive there noiselessly?
