HIKES-Monomoy Wildlife Refuge and Morris Island Dike March 14 2020

Went to check this out after a bad storm damaged dunes and stairways.

Then walking up the hill after those gorgeous views, out of breath at the top of the hill I paused. Hit in the face with something wet. I froze. The woman in this car was "cleaning out" her back seat. I was astonished. She "apologized " and I walked back to the truck then changed my mind and went back and asked again why she was emptying water.

So then I parked at the dike and checked out the dredging etc.
