 March 1 

I was able to get 3 bags of trash below but wow it melted last night and was black ice on that path!Sprinkled some icy melt for my food delivery person if they choose that side. I was able to get to the bird feeder with my walker and filled that. I am sure the birds will punish me for the lack of feeding for more than 30 days!  Plenty of bushes around me with seeds so I hope they did not starve. Have not seen a small bird in a long time

later looked below before food delivery and 2 trash bags had blown elsewhere.

They say on the weather 6mph winds. those are not 6 mph

So I get the food alert that it is on the way. 3 messages saying they do not see an apartment. I repeated I am at 152. Then I get a message it has been delivered.! Where was it? about as far from any door or the deck that is possible. 4 bags where normally it would be 6 or 7 bags. Fucking winds blowing as I struggle to divide up the load. Then get it up the inside stairs. 

I earned another small square of chocolate and in a bit I will have some cocoa.

oh and  I always say NOT all green bananas- well they are all green just not dark green. Hope they ripen soon.

oh and when I cut open the jelly bean bag some spilled out and on to the floor.

March 8

I went below to check my mail at 4:45pm and noticed a manhole cover collapsed in the parking lot. Put the small pylon there until I could figure out  something better. One of the wood flooring men showed up and he moved a piece of plywood over it. I will call Dubis tomorrow and see if he can fix it- ot make a better barrier.

also have to call Verizon -phone lines for the object hanging from the wires out front.

March 12

So my missing amazon package showed up on office stoop. yay. I was below checking out the manhole cover repairs and the power line problem with heavy things hanging that do no belong. Those still a problem but manhole repair is done. took from 9:30am until a little before lunch. yay. Saw jet trails in the sky. and that most things were placed back where they belongs.

Changed curtains at kitchen door and "aired"  draft dodgers.

I will try on the amazon v neck long sleeve shirt before my shower. Hope it fits comfortably.

so food order shows up. I am below struggling with that in the winds. Almost get blown over a few times. Ancestors from Orkney Islands so I should know how to navigate in that. Last trek with a bag and I see what looks like a cemetery plant like a cactus

leaf- dark green and wet looking and never dies. I take pix of it to get a better look. My eyes are watering from the winds so cannot focus. oh shit it is  a dead bird. I go up stairs with last of food then deal with bird. It starts blowing in the wind. So had to find a flower pot and a brick to cover it  up. Call police non emergency line to ask the number of who to report it to. Told go to mass.gov. I go to mass.gov. Only report if you find eagles etc or more than 5  birds

in the same location. I could have saved myself an hour of dithering and just tossed it into the woods. But stuck it and the pot and the stick I pushed it around with in a double brown bag and into the trash barrel.

oh and my mailbox numbers done fpor food deliveries- if they ever use that entrance ha ha ha I corrected google maps

March 14

My lunch likely  looks disgusting to many, but it is delicious to me. Brown basmaati ricce, baby limas, red cabbage, Grape Nuts, onion powder, Smart Balance, dash of catsup and a dollop of Best Self Greek yogurt and a dusting of cayenne  pepper.

March 18-21

First day in many months where I could go out on the deck and see blue skies and friendly clouds and NOT get blown down with the fucking winds. Delightful

March 14

broken gas vent at elbow- source of the dead bird above which happened months ago.

Laundry bags from the 18th only 64+ dollars this time last week was 77 bucks. I hope I am caught  up

mini debris clean up out front on the 15th. Had trouble balancing with walker, litter picker upper and cane so just one bag. Plenty more out there.

today the 21st I also cleaned up my shell collection that has been on the deck in a pan all Winter. Clam shells stayed outside but brought in others to decorate outside window sills in sun room.
