RANTS-Email Bounces

Having problems with Verizon and Yahoo. Send mails every single day to cousin and sometimes they bounce back, but it takes days for that bounce to get generated. Get the run around from verizon- have spoken to and chatted with more than 10 people.Now dealing with Yahoo who said fromt he very beginning that it was an issue at the other end not mine.
