STRUCTURES : 2021 houses and water towers

End of  Main street Chatham, not new, just noteworthy in their special look.

George Ryder road West- adding a lighthouse-like structure seems to be a trend I can never get a  decent photo of the old Davidson property on Main street though

School street

In the woods- or hidden by trees an observatory

Seaview Street

the above is where my step sister lived at one time. I swear the place has looked the same for over 60 years.

School street

coming from main street you see this structure high on a hill- I am pretty sure it is where Sally Daniel used to live- a customer at Countryside where I worked. Less trees and hedge is all I notice. The rest of the street has many changes.

some more dul day pix.

actually most of the day the air was full of a rain-snow-sleet-hail mix. Great facial.

Along the route  Skaket Beach and Rock Harbor

Captain Linnell House

older homes

I used to work in the spot on the left- it was a husband and wife team of jewelry makers. I lasted maybe 2 weeks. Too much metal dust in the air. And the pressure on to share design ideas.

Rock Harbor- the 13 ft tall angel atop the tower there at the Church of Transfiguration

Youngs Fish Market

a tiny structure

Skaket Beach

nothing says "Winter" like a boarded up building at the beach

Heading West on rt 28 off in the distance I saw the water tower that is near the Dennis Fire department

It appeared to be an observation tower too- cool idea- climb to the top and look! But it was pointed out to me that those are from cell phone company- so why do we still have cell towers?

March 13th on the lookout for more water/cell towers saw these from Union cemetery. Other photos of this area did not look like they were there say 10 years ago so...

One person remembers:Worked in the Weeping Beech compound- surrounded by the wood carver, leather shop, The Byrds clothing & gifts, Dallas Alice, portrait artists and the guy with the model trains, Sherrington scrimshaw and Kareka copper enameling were up the street. I was in awe of the talented people I knew Summer 1975

I was wondering which houses on Cedar Street had water front property. I chose a certain property and googled it. Google maps came up with a view from above and I zoomed in- it looked like something out of Alice in Wonderland. It was that property, my brother confirmed it on facebook . So curious that I was I googled their address in Louisiana  and this is the street view of that. Interesting.
