kept trying for an ice sculpture with these broken purple glass pieces from the table display. Turns out they are too heavy I am sure they would have frozen in deeper water in a bird bath dish like last year but I am working with that aluminum art plate. So I tossed the purple glass and I will find something else for display

definitelly cold enough the past few days but too cold for me to "play" outdoors.
